Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Riders Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return process will get you back on the road quickly.

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Within 1 business hour (our standard response time), you’ll receive:

    • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
    • Packaging instructions
  3. Ship Your Return

    For standard returns (non-defective items):

    • Pack items securely in original packaging
    • Include all accessories and documentation
    • Ship to: Motorcycle Equipment Store, 2609 Concord Street, Charlotte, US 28209
    • Recommended carriers: DHL, FedEx, or EMS with tracking
  4. Processing Your Return

    Once received at our warehouse:

    • Inspection completed within 2 business days
    • Refund or exchange processed immediately after approval

Refund Timeline & Methods

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund method depends on your original payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days to your PayPal account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state your exchange preference in your email
  • We’ll ship the replacement item once the return is received
  • You’ll only be charged for any price difference
  • Expedited shipping is available for exchanges at additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

For rider safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Ear Plugs (opened packages)
  • Chain Care products (opened containers)
  • Helmet/Accs Lock (if packaging seal is broken)
  • Body Armour (if protective film is removed)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Receive replacement or full refund (your choice)

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs documentation must be marked “Returned Goods”
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
